和立气体（上海）有限公司成立于2010年，公司充分发挥其自身优势，依托核心技术及行业平台，在集成电路，太阳能电池片，LED、显示器制造等领域展示出强劲实力。其混合气产品在市场上获得良好反响。
     2015年12月，和立气体完成合资，成为中外合资公司（台港澳与境内合资）。
     2016年和立气体在江苏投建第二工厂，总面积100亩左右，一期投资5000万，总项目计划投资3亿元，主要生产半导体行业气体。

Heli gas (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereafter as “the company”) was founded in 2010, whose preexistence is Shanghai Heli industrial Gas Co., Ltd. The company has demonstrated an unprecedented strength in the semi field of IC, PV, LED and display manufacturing etc.with its own advantages and core technology and supply-demand platform for special gases. The gas mixture of products has already obtained the market excellent appraisals.

In December, 2015, the company completed the joint venture with foreign Institution, becoming a Chinese-foreign joint venture (The company property belongs to the category of joint venture with Hong Kong and Macao and Mainland).

In 2016, the company will invest and establish another manufacturing factory in Jiangsu Province, except shanghai factory, which covers an area of about 100 acres totally. It is estimated that the first phase investment is RMB 50 million, total investment of the project is up to RMB 300 million, which is mainly used to produce high purity special gases for semiconductor.
